Motion Forword Introduction

Nathan, your Friendly Neighbourhood Osteopath here!


First of all, thank you for opening this email!



I know how exhausting it can be sifting through all the junk and nonsense. A very big reason why, until now, I have yet to reach out in such a 'Newletter' fashion!


But I hope this will be a more positive type of news with the idea of bringing some light and happiness into your world with a hint of humour and some helpful advice.



So 'Motion Forword - Words of a Therapist' was born.


I know what you are thinking. No, it is not a typo!


'Motion Forward' is a tag or 'sign off' I've used in a lot of my most recent social media posts.

Combining the ideas of a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and that movement is fundamental to our health and well-being. So... we move forward, we tackle the problems that come our way and we overcome, grow and improve.



Naturally, this sign off made its way into my brainstorming when deciding on a name​ for this Newsletter/email​!


​​How I hope to structure ​my monthly ​Motion Forword is into 3 bits...


1. Something about me,

2. Something for you,

3. Something about the community, a story that really lifted my spirits or something awesome one of you brilliant people have done that has inspired me to share it (anonymously of course).


Giving you a bit of an insight into an Osteopath's life, providing tid-bits of advice or new ways to 'Motion Forward' and inspiring stories of everyday people doing incredible things.


Of course, you can unsubscribe from these emails whenever you like by emailing me. But I hope you'll enjoy my story telling and ramblings, as we all work towards creating some good in this world.
